What to Expect Next

Becoming a Fund Investor

Thank you for submitting your Application to invest in our Fund!

Next steps:

1. New investors to PPR, will receive a welcome email inviting you to create a password to access your account in our investor portal. This login will allow you to view/download investment documents, monthly statements, and tax documentation.
2. A HelloSign link containing your investment forms will be sent via email to review and sign electronically.
3. After completing HelloSign, you will receive an email from  investor.relations@pprcapitalmgmt.com. containing funding instructions and a link to upload proof of your Accredited Representation.

Investments funding through a SDIRA, will receive a Direction of Investment form to complete, sign, and return to PPR via DocuSign or email (depending on your Custodian’s signature requirements). Please allow 7-10 business days to receive funds from a SDIRA account.

Once your investment is funded, expect a final email confirming receipt of funds, investment start date, and other details.
