Taylor Nelson
Director of NPL Investments
Taylor Nelson is the Director of Non-Performing Loan Investments at PPR. He leads the firm’s Non-Performing Loan (NPL) business vertical where he holds overall responsibility for acquisitions, surveillance, and performance of PPR’s NPL Joint Venture partnerships. He has been the lead analyst in purchasing over $700M worth of non-performing loans since 2019. Taylor also supports the Investment Management, Investment Strategy and Finance teams with modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Prior to joining PPR in 2017, Taylor graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology: Concentrating in Computing & Statistics and a minor in Information Systems & Statistical Analysis. Outside of the office you can find Taylor spending time with his growing family or trying to sneak in a round of golf.
