Senior Manager, Multifamily Investments

Matt serves as Senior Manager, Multifamily Investments for PPR, where he is responsible for driving the growth, evolution, and execution of the firm’s multifamily investment strategy. In this role, he leads efforts to identify, evaluate, and manage multifamily acquisition and development opportunities that advance the company’s long-term investment objectives and portfolio performance.

Matt joined the firm in June 2024 as an Investment Analyst, where he supported underwriting, market analysis, and transaction execution across the multifamily portfolio. His analytical rigor and strategic perspective quickly positioned him as a key contributor to the firm’s multifamily platform expansion.

Prior to joining PPR, Matt held investment and brokerage roles with Brandywine Realty Trust, Vanguard, and Equity Retail Brokers, where he gained deep experience in real estate valuation, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Scranton and an MBA from West Chester University’s School of Business. He also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the University of Scranton, supporting professional development and mentorship initiatives for current students and graduates.
