Heather Crowell is the Chief Marketing Officer at PPR Capital Management, where she leads marketing and communications across the firm’s expanding investment platform. She oversees brand strategy, investor communications, and market positioning to enhance the overall investor experience as PPR executes its multi-year growth strategy.
Heather brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including marketing, strategic communications, investor relations, and corporate strategy. Before joining PPR, she served as Executive Vice President at Gregory, advising public and private companies through major initiatives, and previously held an Executive Vice President role at PREIT overseeing marketing, communications, and investor relations.
A strategic and hands-on leader, Heather has built high-performing teams, elevated corporate narratives, and guided organizations through periods of transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University and volunteers on the Supervisory Committee for Citadel Credit Union.
