Co-Founder

Bob Paulus serves as Co-founder and as a member of the Investor Relations team at PPR. With over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Bob’s focus is to connect with investors and help them understand the benefits of investing in PPR fund offerings. His experience is derived from over seventeen years of working in the non-performing mortgage industry. He previously oversaw the Company’s loss mitigation functions, which included directly managing a team of collections specialists.

Prior to PPR, Bob spent over two decades owning and operating five successful franchises along with managing other real estate holdings. Bob is a member of the National Private Lenders Association and a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
