Jenn Breen
Fractional Chief Financial Officer
Jenn Breen, of Maximus Partners LLC, is PPR Capital Management’s Fractional Chief Financial Officer. A Director in the CFO Advisory Practice at Maximus Partners, she brings more than 25 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting infrastructure for public companies, SEC registrants, and private equity–owned enterprises. In her work with PPR, she advises on cash forecasting and liquidity management, fund and entity accounting, and she provides management reporting and financial analysis to senior leadership.
Jenn most recently served as CFO of Lighthouse Life, a financial services company in the life settlement market, where she led budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across multiple entities and oversaw audits and SEC and Reg A filings. Additionally, as Chief Accounting Officer at Resource Real Estate, Jenn directed accounting, reporting, and audit functions for multiple non-traded REITs and oversaw accounting for multifamily real estate portfolios. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University, an MBA from the executive program at Saint Joseph’s University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
