PPR Capital Management co-founder Dave Van Horn returns to the helm as Chief Executive Officer.
Van Horn and his partners built PPR from the ground up in 2007 on a belief that has defined the firm ever since: accredited investors deserve access to real estate investment vehicles that generate reliable returns, with the personal engagement that larger managers rarely offer. He returns to the CEO role with that commitment intact and a clear mandate for what comes next.
PPR’s vision, to offer real estate investment vehicles that generate reliable returns to our accredited investor community, is unchanged. What is evolving is the depth and focus of the team executing it and the precision of the fund vehicles through which it is delivered. In addition to the recently launched PPR Capital Foundation Fund, the firm is developing additional asset-specific offerings to follow. Every new vehicle is being built around the specific strategies where PPR’s expertise creates the most value for its investor community.
PPR also thanks outgoing CEO Steve Meyer for his contributions to the firm over the past three years and wishes him well.
