Ksenia S. Plekhanova
Senior Accounting Manager
Ksenia Plekhanova joined PPR Capital Management in early 2022 as Senior Accounting Manager. With more than fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential real estate accounting as well as real estate development in the North East U.S., she is responsible for financial statement preparation, month-end financial procedures, general ledger analysis, internal controls and collaboration with external auditors and tax advisers.
In addition to her role at PPR, Ksenia is the President of Bell Noontime club at Toastmasters International, an organization focusing on public speaking. Ksenia is also an active alumni of the youth leadership organization, AESEC, where she has held multiple roles.
Ksenia has a Master’s degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit from The Ural State University of Economics in Russia.
