John Farren
Controller
John Farren currently serves as the Controller of the company. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the company’s accounting department.
John has worked in the real estate financial sector for close to fifteen years with experience in mortgage sales, investor and financial reporting, and accounting. Most recently, John had worked in the financial services industry within the accounting and financial reporting sector at Vanguard Group Inc. Prior to this role, John served as the Accounting Manager at Selene Finance LP where he was responsible for the loan accounting and financial reporting on over 50,000 mortgage loans in which the company serviced. Previously, John was a Sr. Investing Reporting Analyst at Ocwen Financial Corporation (fka GMAC).
John holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of Devry University.
