Bob Paulus
Head of Commercial Loans / Co-Founder
Bob Paulus serves as Co-founder and Head of Commercial Loans for PPR. In this role, Bob oversees the Company’s bridge loan purchases and modifications, which are instrumental in helping the company minimize and avoid cash drag. Bob works directly with a nationwide lender network to purchase bridge loans compliantly according to state regulatory requirements.
His experience is derived from over fifteen years of experience working in the non-performing mortgage industry. He previously oversaw the Company’s loss mitigation functions, which included directly managing a team of collections specialists. Prior to PPR, Bob spent over two decades owning and operating five successful franchises along with managing other real estate holdings.
Bob is a member of the National Private Lenders Association and a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
